A trio of players tasted victory in the Tourette’s Thursday Social Stableford, Mike Sherman, Jihad Azzam and Ahmad Mustapha, all shooting 16 stableford points.
Scoring was extremely feeble from all players in the competition which was unusual to say the least, but one feels the strengthening breeze played somewhat of a role. In the special events category, Simon and Mizu walked away with the pins while Ahmad claimed the least putts prize with a roll over for the chip and the longest putt.
Blind Pairs was won by Mike Sherman and Ian “Pie” Craig with a combined tally of 28 stableford points which was fantastic as this signaled Ian’s first trip to the podium and finally silenced his groaning.
