Ajay & Anupma Kotwal combined splendidly to dominate the weekly cumulative stableford competition with a fantastic winning score of 38 stableofrd points.
It seems that Anupma was the dominant force in the pairing as she posted a scintillating 21 stableford points and with the Club Championships just around the corner it seems her form is nearing its peak just in time.
Second place on the evening went to Oliver Spencer and Simon Payne who posted a score of 35 points, which left them a healthy 4 points clear of their nearest rivals, Jihad Azzam and Ahmad Mustapha back on 31 stableford points.
Some are born to win and others are born to challenged, which was most definitely the case with Peter Wortley and Alistair Barker, who found themselves bringing up the rear with 18 stableford points. Obviously with a score of 18 between them, it is difficult to make any further comments, so I won’t.
Pin winners were Young Nam Chang who struck a superlative long iron to the 12th with Anupma Kotwal continuing her night of dominance by claiming the pin prize on the 16th.
