Dene Ramsden scorched around the back nine in 23 stableford point to walk away triumphant in the Tourette’s Thursday Social.
Dene’s golf was likened to the Great Jack Nicklaus with his towering iron shots finding the putting surfaces with monotonous regularity, which enabled him to have plenty of quality birdie opportunities that he duly capitalised upon.
For his efforts Dene will be sporting a new handicap that next time he visits the Links which should slow down his scoring somewhat, but it is hard to curtail class.
